Return Policy

You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges (for a different size or color, where available) can be requested within the same 14-day window.
• To request an exchange, contact sales@joyceandgirls.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or color.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Due to the handmade and exclusive nature of our prints and embroideries, items showing signs of wear or alteration cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in line with EU consumer protection law.
• Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact sales@joyceandgirls.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate, and cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.

To start a return or exchange, email sales@joyceandgirls.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
