Terms & Conditions

Joyce & Girls designs and sells handcrafted apparel, including exclusive prints and embroideries, through our online shop and a network of wholesale stockists across Europe and beyond.

• Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
• A binding contract is formed once we confirm that the ordered item(s) have been dispatched.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

• All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before order confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

• We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are provided at checkout, and are indicative only.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• We make every effort to display our products, prints, and embroideries accurately. As each piece is handmade and exclusive, minor variations in print placement, color, or embroidery between individual items and product photography are normal and do not constitute a defect.
• Colors may also vary slightly depending on your device display.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, prints, designs, logos, and the Joyce & Girls brand name — is the property of Joyce & Co AG or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

Requests submitted via the "Contact Showroom" or trade contact forms are inquiries only and do not constitute an order or binding agreement. Wholesale terms, minimum order quantities, and account terms are agreed separately between Joyce & Co AG and the retailer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Joyce & Co AG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Schwyz, Switzerland.
